Mason & King is a family owned business that began offering a service in sheetmetal products in 1954.

It has grown steadily over the years, and now has a workforce of 150 operating in 70,000 square feet of modern manufacturing workspace. The reputation that we have earned over the years is testimony to the commitment and enthusiasm of all who work here.  We have specialists with in-depth knowledge of lasercutting built-up over the 25+ years that we have been using this technology, similarly with robot welding etc.

All these resources are brought together in our core business, which is the volume manufacture of high added-value precision sheetmetal assemblies. We supply these products to a wide range of markets such as:

• Medical Equipment
• Gaming Machines
• Electrical Power Distribution

In order to be able to meet the differing supply demands of these markets, we use a MRPII operating system with full shop-floor data collection. Alongside this we have a number of ongoing initiatives in the areas of Lean Manufacture, FMEA, ERP etc. in an effort to further improve our performance as a supplier.

All of these activities take place under the umbrella of our BS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System which is reinforced by Approved Supplier Status from a number of global manufacturers.
