- Use bespoke nesting software to maximise material utilisation and minimise material scrap costs.
- Poke Yoke (mistake proofing) analogy implemented in sheet metal fabrication/ component design and subsequent tooling.
- Specialised in designing parts and processes to produce large batch volume parts.
In house design specialises in a number of areas ranging from construction and other yellow goods, military trucks, refuse vehicles and railway fabrications to underground walkways, gaming machines and point of display fabricated assemblies.
