Finishing / Assembly
Once a sheet metal fabrication is complete there are wet and powder coating paint finishes available in house. Sub-contract services are available through our local supply chain.
- Cleaning line to remove debris and surface oil from the sheet metal fabrication prior to painting;
- Iron phosphate and pre-treatment line;
- Manual and automated powder coating paint booths for simple and complex sheet metal fabricated assemblies;
- Wet spray booth;
- Conveyorised and static ovens for powder coated and wet sprayed sheet metal fabrications;
- All painting is assessed through a range of tests from thickness, reflective, scratch tests etc.

Finishing/ Assembly specialises in a number of areas ranging from packing parts to underground walkway assembly, gaming machine assembly, point of display unit assembly, to ROPS/ FOPS roll cage painting and checking.
