Established in 1954 as a family owned sheet metal fabrication company, over the last 60 years we have built a reputation as one of the leading fabricators of sheet metal components and assemblies in Leicestershire and the UK.
Based in Leicester with over 70,000 square feet of manufacturing workspace we deliver medium volume repeat work of the highest quality standards to industries including railway, construction, plant machinery, automotive, gaming and other varied industries. Whilst the company has enjoyed strong growth throughout its history we’ve held onto the same family business values we focused on in the 50s; quality-led, exceptional sheet metal fabrications and customer service.

Our Work
Our range of metal fabrication services utilise the latest technology and equipment allowing us to machine and fabricate from the simplest to the most complex parts and assemblies precisely and cost-effectively. Utilising 2D and 3D CAD software alongside six decades of practical expertise we offer mistake-proofing design for manufacture services that reduce complexity and costs whilst enhancing quality and function.
CNC machining capability covers a range of laser cutting and punching, brake press bending and turning. Our machines are renowned for their flexibility, finished part quality, and a high cost-benefit ratio, using innovative procedures for rapid, reliable processing.
Our welding services include manual, robotic and coded MIG and TIG welding as well as projection, spot, CD and drawn arc stud welding. Finishing and assembly services include wet painting, powder coating, mechanical and electrical assembly and our own fleet of UK-wide delivery vehicles. Just as important as the equipment we use, are the people operating it, and the internal procedures, systems and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards that make up our approach.
