With a team of fully qualified and annually assessed MIG, TIG and robotic welders we offer an exceptional welding service bringing together our full range of CNC laser cutting, punching, bending, turning and machining components.
Our welding capability extends to projection nut welding and manual & robotic spot welding.
Robotic welding is ideal for medium to high volume production runs offering part repeatability whilst removing variations is welding. All robotic welding fixtures are manufactured in house and controlled through the poke yoke principles; standard operating principles are in place to ensure repeatability is met. We currently have 14 FANUC robot Mig welding cells which deliver consistent quality and offer reliability and efficiency by helping to reduce set-up times and maintain high-speeds throughout.
1 Fanuc Robotic Spot Welding cell completes the line-up. This cell utilises an automotive style spot welding assembly to produce exact repeatability and medium-high volume work.
