Production Control

Production control manages all orders through the company via an MRPII system, generating barcode-controlled job cards which move through each department with the part(s).

All operations are recorded via the shop floor data control units to allow for real time information of each part status. The shop floor is capacity planned and work planned in all departments to ensure customer delivery requirements can be met and updates communicated as required.
